Services Policy

Appointment Policy:

 

 All treatments require an appointment.  However, there are occasions when last minute appointments are available and you can be put on our call back list.

Appointments may be booked online or call any time.  Appointments booked online are NOT confirmed until non-refundable deposit of $25  is processed, then a confirmation email will be sent to you either through email,  text or both from DeVyne Spa.

All appointments require a credit card to secure the appointment time frame requested by guest/client and a non-refundable deposit of $25 will be charged to credit card.  The $25 will be applied to the cost of the Service rendered .  

 

Cancelation Policy:

Our cancelation policy requires a two(2) days notice prior to schedule appointment day.  To cancel your appointment you may email at info@devynespa.com, or call or text  816-472-7779. IF the  new scheduled appointment is rescheduled, the deposit will be forfeited and new deposit will be required to reschedule again.
All appointments canceled less than two(2) days in advance of schedule appointment day, or is a no show, no call or no email received will forfeit the $25 deposit.  

NEW WINTER HOURS:

Monday - Saturday 10a -5p.

Sunday  - Closed

Extended hours available until 8:00p with appointment.
*May close early due to weather conditions during winter months.*
